Goal

RTDB conversion failed

Solution

Wrong user root was used for rtdb conversion (EPAP 15 to 16.1 format) command.

The command in discussion is: /usr/TKLC/epap/bin/restoreRtdb.pl file rtdbBackup_EPAP111_20160615173313.tar.gz

Then pdb backup was taken from standby site, which is incorrect. Take the pdb backup from the Active site. Conversion command was run from epapdev user.
