Goal

Why is side bar not displayed in internet explorer and firefox ?

Solution

This is happening on Internet Explorer and FireFox. Chrome does not present the issue.

Navigating in very long lists shall be performed via main page, left-tree navigation is only offered as a convenient way to circulate in short lists.

For example, User shall click "SS7" link to see nodes with page by page toolbar browsing.
