Is there a way to stop CMP from collecting SNMP data from specific MPE?
Solution
ISSUE:
Is there a way to stop CMP from collecting SNMP data from specific MPE? The desire is for SNMP traps from only one site and not the other site to be sent by the CMP.
WORKAROUND:
NA
FIX:
We can only enable or disable sending snmp traps to specified servers via “SNMP Settings” under “PLATFORM SETTING” on CMP GUI for all the servers in topology, but we cannot disable snmp traps for one or several specific MPEs.
This will be a new feature if there is a desire to implement. Please contact your local account team for new feature implementation.
