Rollover issue
One of the rollover subscriber consumed all of the quota bucket included roll-over-def and rollover plan quota in the last month, but why after the next billing cycle is the PCRF still showing 10GB rollover quota into roll-over-def bucket?
Solution
ROOT_CAUSE]: Wrong way of calculate month between two dates.

[WORKAROUND]: N/A
.
[FIX_DESCRIPTION]: This issue is fixed in 12.2.0, which is currently available. 12.2.1 is due in March'17. Engineering has recommended the system to be upgraded.
