Solution

The attached document is a flow to assist customers with the options available to them to upgrade the code on their IBM/HP LTO, STK 9x40, and STK T10000 tape drives.

The flow covers both service Ethernet connection to the drives as well as Data Path connection to the drives.

The flow also covers the different tools that are available to upgrade the firmware on the customer's drives.
