On : POLICY 9.7.4 version, Wireless (Production)

Regarding syscheck

We got an alarm of disk controller condition failure however syscheck doesn't detect any condition error and showing all of status as normal.

Do you have any idea about this??

Solution

ISSUE:
syscheck doesn't detect any condition error and showing all of status as normal.

ROOTCAUSE:
There is a bug in the newer TPD version after upgrade. The bug number is 24811236 . Engineering team has planned to fix it in TPD version 7.4 or 8.0.


WORKAROUND:
NA

FIX:
Engineering is still trying to figure out in what release to merge this TPD fix with. I will update once this information is available.
