Goal

Why system is raising a Backup Failure alarm (10020) from NOAM and SOAM servers every day around 2:15am?

Solution

The backup code will issue this alarm "clear" if a backup successfully occurs. The "clear" is raised for the active NO and SO for the 2:15 configuration backup (daily night backup). This "clear" alarm can be considered as a notification about the backup success.
To summarize, this is the expected behavior of the system after the nightly backup is done.
