In NSP Dashboard Application, introduced in PIC 10.2 in replacement of ProPerf, why refresh period has been removed ?

Because a dashboard might be composed of several panel which may have different KPI periods.

Last refresh date allows to ensure dashboard is up to date.

As it is a static information, refresh rate can be added in Panel title.
