Goal

Unable to access CAP B on SL8500.

Solution

Action Plan:

1. Open the CAP door manually.
2. Remove all the present cartridges.
3. Verify if there is any physical damage or stuck media in any of the slots.
If no fault found:
4. Insert all the cartridges back in the CAP.
5. Close the door and perform an audit.

Result: Able to recover the CAP by putting it into manual mode then vary it back online.
