Applies to:

Oracle Communications Diameter Signaling Router (DSR) - Version DSR 7.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
After DSR 7.0 to 7.3.0-73.18.0 upgrade completed, the apwSoapServer process
continuously restarts on the MPs and IPFEs. (Bug 25261082)

Goal

This document corrects the apwSoapServer process that continuously restarts on the MP/IPFE servers.
The system impact is when there is DSCP by interface data from prior to 7.0, after upgrade to 7.0, the data will not be migrated correctly and might cause appworks soap server to restart from time to time.

Solution

Delete the DSCP by interface from GUI.
Then, depending on the configuration of the specific entry (of where the DSCP by interface provisioned), remove the corresponding entries on the server for the ResourceAudit.0 table. (using ivi, edit to remove the DscpByIntf entry and save)
Confirm the entry is not in ResourceAudit.0/1 table on the server.
