Verifying Hardware... System product name: ORACLE SERVER X5-4 System product manufacturer: Oracle Corporation [EXALYTICS_INFO:GENERAL] System product ORACLE SERVER X5-4 is supported. [EXALYTICS_INFO:GENERAL] Oracle Exalytics Software 2.0.0.1.0 Is this correct, or is there some other method to verify the server model type on X6-4? SolutionExalytics X6-4 model servers are built on Oracle X5-4 compute servers which is why the product name shows as Oracle Server X5-4. Product name here is indicating hardware configuration and not server model. Server model, i.e., Exalytics X6-4, is correctly depicted in other places such as in ILOM web console under the Summary information.
