Output of syscheck in 3 CMP servers not ok

Solution

SOLUTION :


It seems the file "/usr/TKLC/plat/etc/hardware/smart/cciss.map" is locked by someone.

The workaround can be tried to run "rcstool unco /usr/TKLC/plat/etc/hardware/smart/cciss.map" from root login shell to unlock the file.

Before that, please collect following information for further investigation:

1. The copy of file /var/TKLC/rcs/usr/TKLC/plat/etc/hardware/smart/cciss.map,v
2. output of "ls -l /var/TKLC/rcs/usr/TKLC/plat/etc/hardware/smart/cciss.map,v"
3. output of "ls -l /var/TKLC/rcs/.checkouts/var/TKLC/rcs/usr/TKLC/plat/etc/hardware/smart/"
4. savelog


NOTE : If any errors as below appears after the unlocking of "cciss.map" like below error, apply the solution provided for that as below.

ERROR: PERL ERROR: Can't call method "data" on an undefined value at /usr/TKLC/plat/lib/Syscheck/ConfigFile.pm line 313.


SOLUTION :


We can see file /usr/TKLC/plat/lib/Syscheck/modules/net/ipbond/config is empty in the attached folder, which is not expected.

Please copy the files which are showing error from the path "/usr/TKLC/plat/lib/Syscheck/modules/net/ipbond" from another server with same version and same hardware type to this server to replace the empty files and try syscheck again.
