Solution

For the AST of 44%, please perform the below actions before the upgrade :

The AST status that HIPR2 card have indicates that the card can be somehow stuck in transit status.

- For reevaluating the status the card must be initialized one by one.
- First an alarm check must be done for BUS A (rept-stat-imt:mode=full) and must be Alarm Free.
- Second an initialization must be done on first card (HIPR card from location 1110 ) with command (init-mux:loc=1110)
- If after initialization the AST value is still present the MASP activity must be switched.
- If AST value is still present, a physical reset must be done to the HIPR2 card (before physical reset, the IMT bus on which the reset is done must be inhibited)
- The process must be done one card at a time. (for the second one (HIPR2 3309) BUS B must be alarm free)

 

For the UAM 0028 :
