Goal
Syscheck error post 12.1.2 upgrade
After the UPGRADE from v9.1.10 to v12.1.2 we see a syscheck error. According to the Eng. assigned to the UPGRADE is because some files missing which syscheck needs.
Solution
ISSUE:
After the UPGRADE from v9.1.10 to v12.1.2 we see a syscheck error
ROOTCAUSE:
The pdu module was a deprecated module that was removed from later versions of TPD. The /usr/TKLC/plat/lib/Syscheck/modules/hardware/pdu directory should not exist on later versions of TPD.
WORKAROUND:
N/A
FIX:
It is safe to removed the pdu directory to clean this error. (rm -rf /usr/TKLC/plat/lib/Syscheck/modules/hardware/pdu).
