Oracle Communications Diameter Signaling Router (DSR) Technical Support group does not support cloud infrastructure upon which the DSR application may be installed, and cannot offer any guidance beyond what is published on the Oracle Communications Diameter Signaling Router document set at docs.oracle.com, or in the related Knowledge.
Some information about DSR performance in cloud environments can be found in the DSR Cloud Benchmarking Guide, available per applicable release at http://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/communications/diameter-signaling-router/index.html . Those documents include sections with limited information on infrastructure to provide a performance basis.
