To clear Minor Alarm 31131 DB Ousted Throttle Behind on DSR MP.

Solution

Alarm eventually cleared on its own after a few days.

If it needs to be cleared in a more urgent time frame then the following can be attempted in a maintenance window:

The steps here are to address the minor alarm (Minor Alarm 31131 DB Ousted Throttle Behind) on MP in DSR site

Verify issue is present (output is expected):

sudo procshm -o
Stop and restart the DSR process from the GUI (Main Menu: Status & Manage -> Server)
Verify issue has disappeared:

sudo procshm -o (should show no output)
Verify DSR restarts OK based on most recent spawnTime in output:

sudo pl
Verify in Active Alarms that the alarm is cleared

This should be done in a Maintenance Window as it will affect all connections on MP1.
