Test IMT Bus command Failed
Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
As part of the Health Check procedure in Section "3.21 Testing IMT Status" I inhibited IMT Bus A, and when I issued the "tst-imt:type=faulttest:bus=A" in command 5 I receive a "Phased 2 failed" log.

Solution
I confirm this issue is hitting Bug 20518496 [https://bug.oraclecorp.com/pls/bug/webbug_edit.edit_info_top?rptno=20518496] .
“Non-standard cabling or IMT Bus x state change detected” error notice can be ignored on R46.3 node, if all conditions below are true.
a) The “Non-standard cabling or IMT Bus x state change detected” is getting reported in phase 2
b) Source card of test message is the last card on the shelf in the downstream direction for the particular IMT bus and destination card is on a different shelf (can be identified from the “Card range” reported along with the “Non-standard cabling or IMT Bus x state change detected” error)
c) An EPM-B (includes E5-OAM)/SLIC card is present in between source card and destination card
d) If rept-imt-lvl1 not reporting major errors and no UAM 108 (Major IMT failure detected) in the system when both IMT buses are allowed

In the above tst-imt result we can see,
1) "Non-standard cabling or IMT Bus A state change detected" is observed in phase 2 of IMT test.
2) In the card range 1107-1217. 1107 is the source card and 1217 is the destination card. source card (1107) of test message is the last card on the shelf (1100) in the downstream direction for the particular IMT bus and destination card (1217) is on a different shelf (1200).
3) In the card range 1201 - 1113 . 1201 is the source card and 1113 is the destination card. source card (1201) of the test message is the last card on the shelf (1200) in the down stream direction for the particular IMT bus and destination card (1113) is the different shelf (1100)
4) EPM B card (1115) is coming in between card range 1201 and 1113. EPM B card (1218) is coming between card range 1107 and 1217
5) UAM 108 (Major IMT failure detected) is not observed when the IMT is allowed.
