Steps that can be used to diagnose CAP issues
 

Solution

Recommendations:

  • In SLC check the Cap status; Expected State; Reserved True and Reserver Scsi0.
  • If necessary toggle the Cap state at the Host.
  • Test the Cap with host operations.
  • If problems continue go to SLC-Tools-Reports-Status Summary-Cap Table, save the report and upload for review.
  • Send in another log snapshot for follow up.
