The goal of this knowledge article is to assist customers with the required software downloads for DSR.
Solution
How to Access OSDC
- Select the appropriate target release
- In order to unlock the files, you will need to request a password from the eDelivery team good for 7 days. You will need your Customer/Order Number and Support Identifier (SI) for this. If you do not know your Support Identifier number, please contact your Oracle Sales Representative. It may take up to 48 hours for the eDelivery team to provide the password. If you'd like to expedite or check on the status, you can reach the eDelivery team by clicking the "Contact Software Delivery Customer Service" link at the top of the page. From there, you can either complete the contact form, or contact them via phone.

Where to Place the Downloaded Files
- The next step is to place the files on the NOAM /var/TKLC/bd/filemgmt/directory.
- Please place the IDIH files on the opposite or different NOAM as you place the other DSR, PMAC, TVOE,and TPD files, to avoid any "directory almost full" alarms caused by the file sizes.
- Once the files are in place on the NOAMs, the upgrade engineer can distribute the .iso files as necessary for the upgrade.
