Solution

These types of alarms are the result of the transition period when the DR site MPs did not have active DIAM connections to the MPEs of the PCRF.

The Notification table contains too many notifications that have not been delivered to ASs.

Possible causes : 1.The rate at which notifications are being produced exceeds the rate at which they can be delivered.

                         2. Notifications cannot be delivered to AS(s) because they are unavailable, and the notifications are being buffered for delivery at a later time.

The alarm severity depends upon the amount of the Notification Table being used:

-Minor when utilization exceeds 60%.

-Major when utilization exceeds 80%.

-Critical when utilization exceeds 95%.
