Goal

After Eagle STP R45.0.1 SW upgrade Point Code linked to GT is not able to be removed from MRN table.
There is a workaround solution with adding 3rd PC to the related MRN table and then removing is possible.
What is the reason and is there another solution for this issue ?

Solution

Few considerations about deleting point codes from MRN set:
1. The PCs in an entity set cannot be deleted if the deletion leaves only one PC in the entity set. If this occurs, the entire entity set must be deleted by specifying the all=yes parameter.
2. If the FGTTLS feature is enabled, then an MRN entry cannot be deleted if the entry is referenced in the MAP, GTT, GTA, GTT Action, or PPSOPTS table, using the MRNSET/PC combination.
3. If the FGTTLS feature is not enabled, then MRN entry cannot be deleted if the entry is referenced in the GTT, GTA, GTT Action, or PPSOPTS table, using the point code.

So from above three considerations:
If a point code entry in an MRN set is being removed, the reference to the MRN set specified must be removed from any GTT or GTA entries before the point code can be removed.

Step by step details about how to remove a point code from MRNSet can be found here:
