Sometimes the STP's are getting properly configured and they stop collecting data.This causes to the customer not able to receive measurement reports.

Verify the STP is receiving the measurement information. If not being received fix the issue.

Solution

You need to check a couple of commands in the STP, and a folder in the E5-MS to verify the information is being received.}

This will show you if the active MASP is connected to the network, if it shows the ip link unavailable, the measurement can't be send.

• rtrv-measopts

Collect :on

this will show the options of the command, but the one you need to verify is the collect, it has to be turned on.
if it is off, you can change it to chg-meas:collect=on.

• On the side of the E5-MS you need to check the following directories.

/root/E5-MS/measurement/csvinput

/var/E5-MS/measurement/csvoutput

In the csvoutput the measurement will be stored. With this information you can verify the measurements.
