Goal

Please help to estimate count of alarms generated in one week that would be forwarded to customer NMS via the NBI?

Can we refer to any log file for the count?

Solution

There are two ways to perform this:
1. In Event Viewer >> Network Events >> Create a Custom Filter for last week with RESOURCE = ALL and then export the alarms in a text file. The resulting alarms can also be set to be seen in a separate HTML window

2. In the following log file; the alarms generated from All Eagles can be seen:
/Tekelec/WebNMS/Log/alert_audit.txt
