Goal
Is the end customer allowed to pull Measurement reports from the DSR rather than utilize the Data Export facility to push them?
Solution
Yes, it is OK for files created by DSR (e.g. Measurement Reports, KPI Reports, Alarm & Event Files) to be pulled from the DSR by means other than use of the Data Export facility.
However (a) Oracle / Oracle TAC does not provide support for other methods and (b) only files created by DSR GUI interfaces are eligible; no access to 'internal' DSR functions is permitted.
