GoalT10000 drives come with the configurable Standard Label Protection feature described in the following document: 9x40/T10000 - Standard Label Protect Feature (Doc ID 1478119.1) Drives may be reporting invalid Vol ID through FSC 33F0: If this is causing issues with using media, especially if it is enabled only on some drive, the Standard Label protection feature may be turned off or on using the Virtual Operator Panel (VOP) software. SolutionTo turn off Standard Label Protection: To enable Standard Label Protection: 1. Log into the drive with VOP.
