Goal
After the R46.2 upgrade, we saw that serial number of the HIPR2 cards are missing under "rtrv-stp".
Solution
This issue is indeed reported since the release R46.0.
This is the Bug 20733304 - SR: R46.2_ST:Part #, Rev, Serial # and Type missing for HIPR2 in rtrv-stp.
This is fixed in release 46.3.0.0.0-66.4.0.
In the meantime, to get the P/N and S/N of any HIPR2 card, run the command "rtrv-bip:loc=".
