Goal

In some situations, customers require customization/consultancy services outside of Support assistance.  This document provides information on how customers can engage Consultancy Services when assistance is needed with Oracle Session Border Controller products.

or contact them via their Sales Account Manager.

For the TSC engineers to contact Consulting, depending on the customer's location, contact one of the following Region leads with the customer's contact’s name, phone, email address, and company; along with a summary of the SR and what assistance they require from Consultancy:
