Goal

This document explains how to find out the number of total subscribers in a SPR WebCi

Solution

The SPR Subscriber Count can be started manually from the command line. The default resolution of subscriber count is one day.

To start the count type:- SubsCountTool start
To stop the count type:- SubsCountTool stop
To view the status of the count type:- SubsCountTool status

View the output of the SPR Subscriber Count using the WebCI using the following path: Oracle SDM
-> Subscription Management -> Counter View

On WebCI:-
1.SPR Subscription Count is the total number of SPR subscribers. This includes subscriber pools and subscriber profiles.
2.SPR User Count is the total number of SPR subscriber profiles.
3.SPR Counters Updated is the date and time when the count was last run.
4.SPR Subs Count is the total number of registrations for notification updates. A single subscriber can register using multiple fields for example IMSI, MSISDN, and account. So, it can have multiple records in the idmap.
5. SPR Pool Count is the number of SPR pool profiles.
