If a base switch is connected to a non-base switch, then you must take the appropriate action to resolve the conflict. If a base switch is connected to a non-base switch, Symptom : EX_Port is disabled with reason "Export in non base switch". Probable cause and recommended action An EX_Port must be in the base switch. Use the lsCfg --create command with the -b option to create a base switch.

To fix the EX_Port disabled issue run the command : lscfg --config 128 -port 23 or portCfgDefault 23
