About the calculation of Active Subscribers in KPI Dashboard

The count of Active Subscribers in MRAs and MPEs is different.
In the current system architecture, MPEcluster1 and MPEcluster2 are in the MRA's pool and it is expected MRA's Active Subscriber count = MPEcluster1's Active Subscribers count and MPEcluster2' Active Subscriber count, but it seems the result is different from the expectation.

Solution

The MRA Active Subscribers shows Aggregate CurrentMRABindingCount from all the MRA Clusters.
The MPE Active Subscribers shows Aggregate CurrentSessionCount (Active Sessions) from all the MPE Clusters.

MRA shows current binding count while MPE shows current Active sessions count.
The Active session count is greater in your case as some of the subscribers may have more than one active session which is expected and normal.

Note: Isolated MPE devices are not included in the aggregation counts.
