Goal

In identical traffic conditions DSR 5.x and DSR 6.x reports different values for following Congestion Measurements / KPI parameters:

TmMpCongestion
TmMpCongestionLevel1
TmMPCongestionLevel2
TmMpCongestionLevel3
TmMpDangerOfCongestion

Solution

The above Measurements belong to MP Performance Report and corresponds to congestion state over MP blade.

In DSR 5.x these congestion Measurements were calculated in Seconds, while DSR 6.x onwards calculation of these parameters was changed to Milli-Seconds through Bug# 19114241 (in DSR 6.x) and Bug# 19120065 (in DSR 7.x)

However this change is not updated correctly in DSR 5.x, DSR 6.x and DSR 7.x customer documents.
