This error message indicates that the Fabric OS is corrupt. SolutionThe solution is to replace the switch. Please open a Service Request against the Serial Number of the switch to arrange replacement. Please note, in the event the customer has purchased additional licenses against the failed switch they will have to be transferred to the replacement switch. Generate transfer license as per knowledge document How to Perform a Brocade switch license transfer (Doc ID 1005030.1)
Please also note when a switch is replaced then clearly the serial number will change. In the Field Services Desk Manual: You can find the process under “WFS: Performing Material Debrief on SPARC board or SuperFRU” .
