Goal
Many occurrences of Warning 70121 "Failure creating Subscriber MSISDN" In SDM Alarm Log
Solution
On capturing the DataAccessServer traces during problematic event log time, it was found that Customer provisioning system was sending Insert requests for subscribers which were already provisioned in SPR.SPR response to SOAP request was "Error Code=1022", i.e DupKey error and customer RAS server was generating the error "Profile already exists for at least one key".
After DB connection was release Data Access Server generated the Warning messages " Failure creating Subscriber MSISDN"
There is no impact and this error can be ignored.To eliminate this error, provisioning system needs to be fixed for not sending Insert requests for existing subscribers.
