Goal

Why are we experiencing intermittent Error Code 7058 while we are provisioning ?

Solution

The issue is that you are reaching the system limit for the amount of connections.

From /blue/var/log/WebCI.out, we see a pattern of multiple connections being made followed by the Exception error:
SESSION: Connected to 169.254.1.20, port: 62001, ip: xx.xx.11.26, user: provisioning, ID: 3
SESSION: Connected to 169.254.1.20, port: 62001, ip: xx.129.150.72, user: provisio_lig, ID: 5
SESSION: Connected to 169.254.1.20, port: 62001, ip: xx.2.49.73, user: provisio_lig, ID: 3
Exception too many connections openned!!!

The Error code 7058 is because there are too many SOAP connections opened. This error repeats throughout the log file as the limit is reached.

The product parameters are discussed in Appendix 2 of
