Solution Type Technical Instruction Sure Solution 2134226.1 : SL150 - How to Verify Part Numbers Using the BUI or Operator Panel
In this Document
Created from <SR 3-12223159671> Applies to:StorageTek SL150 Modular Tape Library - Version All Versions and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform. GoalHow to verify part numbers using the BUI or operator panel on the SL150, when a service bundle is not available. SolutionFrom the SL150 BUI or Operator Panel, select 'Service', then select 'Replaceable Components' tab. This will list all of the devices along with the part numbers. This is useful in the case of verifying drives with the reworked KLD cards. Note: (12-Aug, 2016) If the KLD cards were swapped out by a FE (either by Oracle Support sending the KLD cards or the FE ordering them using the NoPRT process) then the drive tray P/N that show on the Web BUI and Operator Panel will not be the latest 732nnnn P/N and so you will have to give Oracle Support the logs from the SL150 library so that they can verify if new KLD cards are installed or if the older KLD cards are in place.
