How to configure or reconfigure the partitions in the SL150 library.

Solution

In order to change the partitions' configuration in the SL150 library, please follow the next steps:

1. Login to the BUI.
2. Go to the Configuration tab on the pane on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on the "Configure" button in the upper left corner.
4. Choose "Configure Library Settings".
5. Click on Next.
6. You will be prompted with the designated parts for the already configured Partition 1.  At this time, change the partition according to need by selecting/deselecting the desired drives/magazines.
7. Proceed in the same manner with any other partition that needs to change.
8. Click on Next and finish.

Note: Be aware that the library will need to go offline in order for the configuration changes to take place.

Every partition needs to have at least a bridged drive and a magazine.
