Customer wants to move LTO3 drive from L14000 to SL3000. We need to conversion tray part number.

Goal

Part numbers of drive conversion trays used in tape libraries.

Drive tray conversions, migrating from previous generation libraries and migrating between SL300 and SL8500.

Solution

The product bulletin and ordering tools have been update on the SL8500, SL3000, T10k, and LTO My Oracle pages.

You should continue to order drive conversion trays using the same configurator serialized upgrade models as you were using with the old part numbers.
