Goal

Does Oracle Key Manager support Remote Syslog?

Solution

There is a new feature introduced in OKM version 3.0.2 called Remote Syslog, that enables the Security Officer to configure a KMA to communicate with a remote syslog server using either a TCP connection that is unencrypted or a TCP connection that is secured using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

For more detailed information about this feature and how to configure it, reference the OKM 3.0.2 Administration Guide.   Go to Security Officer Operations -> Remote Syslog (pages 5-68 et seq.)
