Goal
Customer had question about activity switchover on the EPAP and wondered why there was no mechanism to switchover if the level was not increasing.
Solution
The EPAP status of Active or Standby is not determined by updates from the PDBA. It is based on communications to the Eagle. If the Active EPAP fails to update, it will not trigger an update. This is not a bug.
