Goal

Diagnose a suspected Ethernet card failure

Solution

IO Card reset after receiving 5 of the errors below, which indicates the card is rebooted only if spi4_snk_payld_dip4_err happens more than 5 times . The spi4_snk_payld_dip4_err does indicate something wrong on data path between XT and EZchip - which provided justification to replace this IO Module per OVN Engineering:
