GoalSolaris terminal terminated on exit from serial console session SolutionSysFW 9.5.2 (and later) introduces a security enhancement where disconnecting from a HOST console connection (/SP/console) will terminate the associated Solaris terminal shell. This enhancement is intended to prevent Service Processor users from bypassing Solaris authentication and all new serial console connections will require the user to log into Solaris. This also applies to situations where a user forcibly takes control of the serial console when another session is active (-> start -f /SP/console). -> start /SP/console Serial console started.
