Goal
DSCP marking was not being seen on Egress traffic for some interfaces although it was configured for the interface in the NOAM GUI.
Solution
The issue was that while a route was shown in the GUI for the MP this route was not actually deployed on the server.
Therefore egress traffic was being sent via the default route through a different interface, hence the correct DSCP marking could not be applied. When the issue with the route was addressed and the route was actually deployed on the server the DSCP marking worked as expected.
