Goal
Does the firmware load differently based on different HP gen blades?
Solution
In certain firmware releases, there may be items to be aware of when upgrading firmware among different HP generation hardware. These are outlined in the release notes and the errata contained with the firmware upgrade pack (FUP) distribution and notes. Consult the Release Notes accompanying the target FUP release for instructions.
The observations of failures in this SR were not known, and were resolved by customer applying the upgrade a second time.
