Solution

Check  if there is any space in the code directory of SBC.

'show space code' shows 0% in the code directory, which is located imeediately under the root directory.

For eg:

NitulM-4500-76-2# show space code

/code/: 178761728/256614400 bytes (69%) remaining

After deleting the older files from the code directory , performed  a force reboot.

Then the SBC came online with the health score 100.
