Goal
Eagle Alarms not updating on E5MS event viewer.
Connection between Eagle and E5MS is TL1 (terminal connection between Eagle and E5MS)
Solution
In the Alarms window; there were different Filters added as Alarms0, Alarms1, Alarms2 etc.
All these filters have Date From and Date To values set as 1 Sep 2015 to 1 Oct 2015
So new alarms cannot be shown in the Alarm window.
This can be resolved by doing the following configuration change in E5MS EventViewer:
Click on Alarms
Right click and in the menu click --> Custom View --> Modify Custom View
Remove values from following two options--> From Date, To Date
In the Resource; add CLLIs of the STPs that are defined in Eagle discovery.
