Goal

Is it possible to do RTP recording within Palladion (OCOM/OCSM/EOM) when the SBC acts as the probe?

Solution

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the RTP recording functionality in OCOM with SBC-as-a-probe. That will only work with stand-alone OCOM Probes.

The reason is that comm-monitor is only delivering SIP messages and also RTP voice quality reports to OCOM, but it is not sending any RTP packets.
