Goal
Network Operations, Administration, Maintenance (NOAM) and Signaling Operations, Administration, Maintenance (SOAM) GUI are not displaying any data.
Stuck process on Message Processor (MP) did not allow the graceful shut down of the DSR process.
Solution
Command "idbunlock -f" will force a unlock of the stuck process on the MP.
This should allow the reboot to continue and no additional reboot required.
