Applies to:

Oracle Communications Performance Intelligence Center (PIC) Software - Version 10.1.0 to 10.1.5 [Release 10.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Correlation rate is low on session based on RAN CC2 dictionary.  Iu Release and Iu Release Complete messages are not correlated.

Solution

IuC Release/Release complete messages shouldn't normally be part of RAN CC2 session, thus correlation of this messages is not expected and xDRs related to these messages will have DR status "Not Matched". In turn, since correlation rate is calculated based on all xDRs in session, this will cause decreased correlation rates. If required, these 2 messages can be filtered out while creating a correlation success rate KPI or during manual calculation.

This issue is tracked by bug 20591578.
