The “06” in the 1rst byte of the user data Dump indicates "idle timeout" which means that the idle task (which has the lowest priority in the system) has not run in ~30 seconds
This obit normally means that you have a task that is simply taking too long and not giving up the processor so that lower priority tasks can run. So the card rebooted.
As it happened only once, I would not change the card and maybe monitor this card during one month.
There is a bug from March 2015 :

=> This is fixed in R 46.2.0-65.46.0
