Goal

Does the ODA X5-2 support LACP Networking?

Is it possible to do trunking of the 2 ports of Bond0. This way we would be able to use the 2, 1 GbE network ports simultaneously in active-active, instead of the current ODA network interface definition of active-passive ?

Solution

We don't test this bonding mode in the lab and hence it is not certified by us on ODA.

Since we use standard Linux Bonding drivers and modules it should work as on any Linux system.

Customer is responsible to test this configuration and make sure it meets their HA and throughput requirements.
